Is the great value and sams choice, the same water?

Ok so i hardly drink water.. Just because i dnt like it, it has no taste lol but it comes a time where i have to drink it not only for my health but for my now bun in the oven.. Hahaha but my question is, is this a good water to drink or what other brands do you prefer that would be good to drink??
