I tried using this but it was sooo sticky it got on everything and was very hard to wax with. is this normal?

Do I need to warm this up before using? I tried using it and the wax is really thick and not sticking to my hair/skin.

Hello. I just bought Nads brazilian wax from my local drug store. Does anybody try to heat it in hot water not microwave? I have no microwave at home and I really want to use the wax.
