Has anyone tried intermittent fasting here? I've been reading about it on Reddit and downloaded an app called Vora to track my progress. I've been stuck at 170 pounds on my tiny 5'1 frame for a couple years now. My dad was diagnosed with Alzheimer's (which is now dementia), I started school(about to finish with a 5 yr degree in Accounting) and my mom died last July. I'm not a drinker so I ate away all my stress and it shows. I don't feel good at this weight and 18-6 intermittent fasting plan looks like it could work for me. What are your thoughts? PS intermittent fasting and regular fasting are different things, I'm just limiting the time I consume my calories, not the calories themselves. I'm eating a Mediterranean diet right now. How does LaCroix in terms of fizz, compare to plain Pierre or San Pellegrino? I love both waters but I'm looking to try LaCroix for flavor more than the fizz.

Is everyone chilling these before drinking? I tried without doing that and to me it tastes aweful.
