Does this really work? Is it safe to use if your have acne?

I want a scrub with fine particles, a lot of the scrubs I've tried have larger balls/particles that don't exfoliate my dry skin well enough and i need something that can really get at that those stubborn areas, is this suitable? I also have sensitive skin and acne if that makes a difference?

What's your fav St. Ives face scrub?

I've used many exfoliating creames before but I feel like the beads in this one are so tiny if they get it my eye they are not coming out! I had mayor issues with that! Am I the only one who has this problem?
