What Sweeteners can I use, that are healthy and safe

Do y’all rather this over the actual product (non liquid)

Sweetner Splenda Packet...is this truly a safe sugar replacement? Any side effects?

I heard many artificial sweeteners may cause cancer they have that potential in them.Do anyone know about it?

How does this compare to regular Splenda? I usually use Truvia in my coffee but I am down to try something new! What makes Splenda naturals so good?

Why does Splenda Naturals have more carbs than Splenda?  My husband has diabetes and was using Splenda decided to use the Naturals especially with our grandkids.  Wanted something more natural, but had to change back because it doubled his carbs when using on his breakfast cereal.
