Doo these help with breast milk supply after pregnancy??

I’ve used the regular vitamins by this brand. Was wondering if anyone has tried the prenatal ones and liked them?

I'm so confused as to whether this is a 4 or 6 a day serving size, because all the reviews say 6 but the bottle online I'm looking at says 4. I should mention that I'm also in Canada, and I think our requirements are different.

Does anyone use this prenatal multi? If so, do you find that you need to additionally add in Iron &amp; Choline? We are TTC, and I want to make sure I’m getting the nutrients I need!

HaaVe any one try this on their kids? What are your thoughts?
