These are the only multivitamins I give to my kids and they rarely get sick and never get any seasonal allergy. I've been giving them these for a year straight and I love that they believe they're candies because of the delicious taste and regular gummy shape they have, when they're actually getting something nutritional and good for them. Even I get some from time to time! I completely recommend this product to parents.

Great vitamin, it covers re basics as well as adding DHA. The one down side is that it takes 4 gummies for a full serving; therefore one bottle is roughly a month. This makes the product expensive, but still worth it.

Its very hard for me to find vitamins that I can actually take and won't upset my stomach. they are pretty pricey but so worth it .
