I have dry eye and my eye doctor told me to use this at night before bed and first thing in the morning. It has been such a game changer. I love it! Super reasonably priced. Doesn’t sting when using and lubricates the eyes so well. No more tears for me :)

I’ve been using Refresh Optive Gel Drops Lubricant Eye Gel for my dry eyes, and it’s become one of those products I genuinely don’t want to be without. What I love most is the thicker gel consistency—it instantly coats my eyes and provides long-lasting moisture instead of disappearing after a few minutes like regular drops. It gives me soothing relief from dryness, burning, and that gritty feeling, especially after long hours on screens or when my eyes feel exhausted at the end of the day. Even though it’s a gel, it doesn’t feel heavy or uncomfortable, and any slight blur fades quickly while the comfort lasts for hours. I also appreciate that it’s designed to work for different types of dry eye and can be used both during the day and at night, which makes it very flexible for my routine. Knowing that Refresh Optive Gel Drops are formulated to mimic natural tears and are available in preservative-free options makes me feel confident using them regularly. Overall, it feels like real relief—not just a temporary fix—and my eyes feel calmer, more hydrated, and noticeably more comfortable whenever I use it.

Refresh Optive Gel Drops have significantly decreased by dry itchy eyes. My optometrist suggested I try these before having a procedure done to my lacrimal (tear) ducts. Unlike other artificial tears, this does not restrict (vasoconstrict) the blood vessels in eyes to clear up redness. This is much more. It is not so much a gel (in what typically comes to mind) but a serum-like lubricant that coats your eye. It feels very soothing and stays put longer than “watery” eye drops. It is safe to use with contacts which is a plus for me. One drop is all I need, so the bottle last longer than I would have ever expected it to. If you find your eyes feel uncomfortable, itchy and dry almost daily, give this a try. Tip: You can usually find coupons for this at your eye doctor’s counters or online. Don’t pay full price if you done have to :) - but Refresh is still worth it!
