This brand is always my first choice. Their meats are always fresh and lean. They have a great taste and are healthy without causing you clean out your entire grocery budget. My favorite way of cooking is stir fry.
I love Perdue chicken breast . It’s a quick and healthy go to meal that you can make several different ways . You can pan fry it with some olive oil add some green peppers, red peppers and onions and serve with brown rice amazing.. you and also s cut in strips and stir fry it with some veggies and add some teriyaki sauce for and awesome flavor . Also you can put in oven with some broccoli and mozzarella cheese tastes amazing.. great protein go to and very lean .
