This product is definitely more targeted than their 2% BHA—it’s like a spot treatment for those really persistent areas. The texture is thicker and more serum-like, and I only need a tiny dab at night on problem spots. It doesn’t work overnight, but after a few days of consistent use, I noticed my bumps flattening and pores looking clearer. It can sting a little if your skin barrier is compromised, so I wouldn’t recommend it for sensitive skin or daily use. But for occasional flare-ups or those annoying deep spots that won’t go away, this stuff works. It’s pricey for such a small tube, but a little goes a long way.

Nothing works better for pimples at any stage than this spot treatment! I apply it at night and also on stubborn spots during the day and the pimple is gone so quickly!

Noticed a difference in my skin after a few days of using this product. I have used this as a.spot treatment which I think has been working. Has a scent but it isn't too bad. Will hopefully last a while as it is quite expensive
