It claims to Blur, which I find it does a pretty good job of. I’ve have pretty oily skin with acne scarring and redness and I felt that I covered at a good medium coverage. As this is a balm but mattifying, I was careful with my skip prep and primer underneath this foundation to make sure my skin was hydrated under the foundation. It looked great for about the first hour, but quickly began creasing around my mouth, which is really uncommon for me. However, it did look smoothing and blurring for my forehead. Not sure id try this again
