Great to have as a first time mom who's breastfeeding. It's discreet under clothing which is a big plus so you can go out and wear these under without soaking your shirt from letdown. Also very easy to clean which is great for a busy mom. Only downside would be the open spout that sometimes causes the milk to spill out if you forget or lean too far forward

I used to leak a lot of milk on one side while feeding my baby on the other side. These really solved the problem and I was able to save a lot of milk. Totally changed the game for me
