I bought these on sale for u believe like 3 bucks each. They apply okay but are more of a cream than a traditional pencil but I know that's the direction most lip liners are going though you can still sharpen these like a traditional lip liner. Worth it if you can get super cheap but not for more than a few dollars. That said I still think the best lip liners for your money are from nyx.
