King Arthur makes the best gluten-free mixes I've found on the market so far. They are not at all gritty. Which is extremely hard to find with pre-made gluten-free products. They are a bit higher price wise, but I feel that in the end, you get more product and way more flavor. I make this cake mix every single birthday for my children and get rave reviews from so many people.
