I have tried almost every gluten-free pancake mix out there. This is by far the best and the only one I’ll really use. I make waffles every morning and these do not stick. They also come out so soft and fluffy. If I didn’t tell you you would never know they were gluten-free. The only downside is, it’s pretty expensive.

This by far the BEST gluten free waffle/pancake mix out there. The waffles I make with this are so fluffy and taste amazing. For the price of just five dollars, these are SO worth it.

I used this mix to make chocolate chip waffles in my mini waffle maker. The package has waffle instructions on the back and I followed them to a T. I took the waffles to a march madness watch party and they were a huge hit, even with the non-GF people! We toasted them to reheat and they were crispy and great!
