This is a great mix. It is expensive. I wish I could get bigger bags to decrease price per oz. The price has gone up significantly. People with food allergies are being price gouged.
I use this brand to make quick cake in microwave. I used breyers chocolate ice cream ,self rising flour in this brand and whip cream. 😊 soo yummy.
One of my favorite gluten free flours! This can be used in recipes calling for regular flour 1 to 1 meaning 1 cup of this flour is like 1 cup of regular flour. It’s hearty and works well for banana bread!

I have been looking for a good gluten free mix that’s also soy free. Does anyone know if this exists, or should I stick with a simple gluten-free flour blend? I want to make bread at home.
