When I tell you these are the best cookies (gluten included) I’ve ever had in my life, i’m not joking. It’s become a standard for me to bake these for any house party. What I love about this cookie mix is that it is extremely versatile. You can add any mix in you’d like. I’ve done sea salt chocolate chip (my recommended go-to), peanut butter chip, peppermint chocolate chip, and cinnamon maple. The second thing I love about it is the faces of my friends when they find out it’s gluten free. It’s hard to believe because the texture is divine. It’s not tacky or gritty like other gluten free mixes. It also doesn’t have a weird taste like a lot of gluten free flours. Just absolutely wonderful.
