I like using Instacart when I have a big grocery run to do so i dont have to carry everything. The app is easy to use, and I like that I can chat with the shopper, that's a plus for me. It’s super convenient when I’m busy or don’t feel like going to the store. The delivery can be a little pricey tho, but for me the convenience and time saved make it worth it.

I started using instacart about four years ago. I have used it about eight times if I can remember correctly. It's convenient for me because I don't have a car so I use it when I have extra money to cover the fees and a large grocery order. The fees are a bit high in my opinion and that's why I don't use it much, I don't like that if I want to place an order around 7 pm; I have to wait until the next morning to get it delivered, I also think they should offer more variety of foods and stores. I also think they should offer discounts for accounts that use them often and spend a certain amount.
