When my stomach is upset or if I feel gassy this magical pill makes me feel better typically on the first capsule. You can take your to 3 a day but I haven’t needed to take more than 1 when one of the stomach issues is prevalent. There is a mint after taste maybe like 10-15 minutes afterwards, I don’t mind it but my husband isn’t a fan.
