I like that this soy sauce has less sodium but still has great flavor. I mainly use it has a dipping sauce for so many meals and also for marinating chicken. One of my favorite ways to use it is mixing it with honey and garlic to make a delicious dipping sauce.

Its quality is good. There are better ones but it’s not bad, its texture is soft, its liquid consistency, it works as an individual sauce, also to give flavor and color to rice, I use it a lot to marinate I also love it
