We buy a lot of Great Value products and they are all good. This Great Value 100% Liquid Egg Whites is just great. It is very convenient and a staple in my fridge. It is a good source of protein and I usually use it for making egg white omelettes.

My husband will buy these every so often. They are fully pasteurized so can be consumed straight, or used as egg whites instead of wasting eggs. While a little costly, the benefit is that the long shelf life overlaps the cycle of egg prices being reasonable through unrealistic, so he buys this when prices are low and when egg prices are high he uses these instead of wasting eggs.

The Great Value egg whites are great tasting! I’m trying to lose weight and cutting calories where I can. I don’t miss regular eggs at all now. Plus it makes it cheaper to eat eggs but not pay the high prices now due to inflation. This carton has lasted me over 2 weeks now. I definitely recommend this product!
