I don't use hair spray often as I don't style my hair much, however when I do curl it and spray this lightly over the curls, they last days. This stuff is very strong, hence the name. If you are looking to keep your hair in place with just a spray, this is a great option I only spray it lightly from a distance and I get great hold without my hair feeling too hard. The smell is also not off-putting like some hairsprays can be. Overall I am a fan.
