I do really dark, black and dramatic. I Makeup that includes black pencil in the waterline that includes eyeshadow that includes liquid eyeliner, wings, and mascara, and this product is just not strong nor not oily enough to break down all of those products, whether their waterproof or even not you have to use many cotton pads with this product to get some of it out but at the end there’s still black Makeup residue left over.

This makeup remover is the best one I have ever used to remove my eye makeup completely and consistently. It does not leave any type of residue and is gentle on the fragile skin around my eye. I will always use this product.
