These have become one of my go-to easy dinner ideas. They’re quick, filling, and actually taste really good — which I appreciate a lot on busy days. I love that they’re so simple to make but still feel like a real meal, not just a random snack. And the best part? My baby likes to have a few bites with me once in a while, so it turns into a little shared dinner moment. Definitely a staple in my freezer.

I started getting these because the burritos were getting worse. Less fillings and more tortilla. Now the Chimichangas have less filling too. They're gummy, and DO NOT resemble the package picture at all. A total rip-off. I won't be buying El Monterey any more. Gross.

These chimichangas are really tasty. They have a great flavor. Great and affordable. Nice for after school snacks. You can cook them pretty much anyway you want.
