I have been using Clear Care for years and my eyes are never irritated. I have monthly contacts and this keeps them clean, disinfected, comfortable, and my contacts last longer. I put my contacts in first thing in the morning and I don’t take them out until around 10 PM and I never have any discomfort. I have used other cleaners and have had to take my contacts out periodically during the day to rinse and or have had to use rewetting drops. Not with Clear Care. The only thing I will caution with this is to make absolutely sure you do not put it directly in your eye. It comes with a cup and a disk to neutralize the solution, so it’s best to use it overnight. Highly recommend for long term contact wear!

I used to wear contacts every day and I would toss them out after a month’s use. Oftentimes I’d run into issues with eye irritation and contacts that seemed smudged and not clean even though I used fresh contact solution. My optometrist recommended that I the Clear Care and she said most of her patients never go back to regular contact solution. She was right. That was probably a decade ago and I’ve never stopped using this product. This solution disinfects and cleans your contacts very well. I buy it from Costco and it comes in a two pack with 1 or 2 new contact cases. The only warning I would share about this is that it really truly needs to sit for SIX HOURS. One time, I put my contacts in and I must have been just shy of the six hour mark because it burned my eyes like acid. The pain was excruciating. Besides that little safety tip, I can’t praise this product enough.
