The texture of the beans is incredibly soft, which we absolutely loved. Keep in mind, though, that the sugary flavor is quite noticeable due to the brown sugar it contains. If you do not like a sweet touch in your beans, you might not enjoy them, but for my family, that sweet spot was a total hit. We served them this way recently and everyone liked it.
