Bob's Red Mill Steel Cut Oats have a natural oat flavor and coarsely cut oats, resulting in a chewier and more aromatic texture than regular oatmeal. They're perfect for a healthy breakfast, keeping you full longer and providing plenty of fiber. Cooking time is a bit longer, but the texture is delicious when eaten warm with milk or fruit.

This made amazing oatmeal from scratch! Paired with fruit and some light sweetener 🤌 it was easy to work with and such a versatile ingredient! I like that the package was resealable so I didn’t need to dirty up another container to store it. The texture also wasn’t slimy or mushy after cooking. It was great for not just oatmeal, but cookies and homemade protein bars as well.

I love these steel cut oats because they're super easy to cook or can even be used in an "overnight oats" recipe. They have more complex carbs than instant as well as fibre.
