I'm a sophmore at Alma College, and I am working towards a bachelors degree in Psychology/History. I love animals and want to go into animal therapy or become a lawyer and advocate for better treatment of animals. I love running and have run cross country for the past 5 years as well a marathon my senior year of high school.
I saw this at Trader Joe's and it was relatively inexpensive. But I really don't like the after-taste, and it has careenegan which is a known carcinogen to humans. I think I'll be going back to sensodine because at least I can see a noticeable difference in with it.
I've been using this moisturizer for the past two years. It's light but does an amazing job at rehydrating my skin. Most other face moisturizers don't help with my dry skin, and it'll be flaky a couple hours after I put it on. That doesn't happen with this. You do need to be careful that you buy oil-free if you're prone to breakouts. The packaging is nearly identical so i've accidentally bought non oil-free before, but it a problem for me.
This stuff works well, but I have to put it on a cotton ball because there's no way my cat will let me drop it in his ear. Even with the first use it got a lot of the wax out of my cat's ears, and it was gentle enough that it didn't irritate them. When his ears get dirty he starts to scratch them and I noticed that he scratches significantly less even after one cleaning with this.
My cat has food allergies and this was a good food to put him on to rule out different proteins. I finally found out that it's turkey and chicken. However, the first ingredient in this food is peas which is not much better than grain fillers in the long run. While this isn't as bad as supermarket brands, I won't be keeping my cat on it. It is good if you need to test out a single-protein food.
I use this along with Too Faced Born This Way foundation. Too be honest, the foundation is so good that I normally don't need any extra coverage from concealer. But if I don't want to put foundation on everywhere, I can just use this concealer and it's very good at spot-checking scars and under my eyes.
I love this foundation! I had some gift cards for Sephora and they matched up my skin tone to this. Too Faced doesn't test on animals, and continues to remain cruelty-free despite being bought out by a company that does test on animals. This goes on so smoothy and doesn't look cakey, and it lasts a long time. I was so surprised by how well it covered even the darkest acne scars.
I normally stay away from supermarket brands because they're full of fillers and other stuff that's not that good for my cat. But the vet recommended this for my diabetic cat and it's caused his blood sugar to even out. Another plus is that it's free of careenegan which is a huge plus because that's a known GI irritant and carcinogen!
Awesome product. I really can't say enough about it. As a college student this has been my life saver in my small apartment. My cat's box is in my room under my lofted bed, and there's not smell and it's so easy. Yeah it's a little bit expensive, but it's worth it to not have to take the poop out for two weeks.
This has been a lifesaver. I am a college student living in an on-campus apartment. My cat's litterbox is under my lofted bed, and this allows me to scoop multiple times a day without having to walk down three flights of stairs to take his poop out. It also does an amazing job at containing the smell. People always come over and are so surprised that my room doesn't smell even with two weeks worth of waste sitting in this.
