These are great for on the go. I get a lot of heartburn so i take medication but there are times I switch bags and forget my meds so these come in handy because i have them in my car. It does the job I just don't feel they last long but then again my heartburn is really bad.
My mom has been giving this to me since i was young. I suffered from bad heartburn and got worst after being pregnant. I take prescribed medication but on the days i forget this is a life saver when I need it to help with the heartburn right away.
I love that it is a judge free zone and the one i go to is so welcoming. The workers there are easy to talk to and are knowledgeable about healthiness. They have so many different machines. They have different monthly charges that go from as low as $10 to i think $45 a month (not 100% sure of the most expensive memberships) The only thing i dislike is how much they try to push trainers on you. I took 6 people to enroll over the past year and they spent about 30 minutes trying to convince them to get a trainer. The thing that bugged me the most is that after we said she had bills and doesn't have the money at the moment for a trainer but in the future when she could she'd reach out, they still pushed and said how a trainer was a priority. I know it's part of their job but they need to know when to stop.
