I used to use those cheaper deodorants, you know, the ones that usually cost a little more than a dollar, but I stopped doing that in HS. Let me tell you why:
1) NO more residue on your clothes! Especially if you wear a lot of black shirts, you will start seeing those white lines everywhere. Yuck. Even if you wear a lot of tank-tops you won't see those weird white accmulations build up under your armpits. I've tried SO many brands already. I thought Dove would do the trick too. Nope, this one by Secret is what you need.
2) Smells great. I have a sensitive and picky nose. Even Secret's clean scent (Clean Lavender and Pairs Rose) are subtle enough to not offend! I hate sweet smells that just start smelling like baby powder and I hate going around smelling like fruit. I don't think I've ever had this problem with Secret. So get this, and stop smelling like a high school gym.
3) Dark armpits? So some of us ladies have a problem with dark armpits. Let me tell you why: it's due to deodorant buildup under your skin that you have a hard time getting rid of with just normal body wash. It sits on your skin and starts distorting the pigmentation. It makes it harder for your dead skin to fall off. This is notorious with solid deodorants. I've never had that problem with Secret Gel or Secret Clinical Strength. I've seriously have so much love for this company. They do a great job (and you can somehow always find coupons). Specifically for this scent: Not too sweet, it doesn't smell like rose, but it doesn't smell like cheap perfume either. Very refreshing. I used to think I would like Dove's Cucumber scent, NOPE. If that one offends you, this one by Secret might not.
I love the smell of the cleanser and it foamed up better than my green tea gel cleanser from the Body Shop. I find that it's a little drying if I use it twice a day, but it is perfectly fine to use with my Clarisonic during the evenings.
Okay, I've been using it for MONTHS now and it's finally an empty bottle. Here are my thoughts: 1) I never get tired of the scent. 2) Still is one of my favorite 'foaming' products since it creates so many bubbles. Just feels super clean. 3) Doesn't control acne as well as I thought. I noticed less redness, but I ended up with more blackheads than usual (my skin is notorious for being hard to control).
I really hate trading card games. I liked the idea of 'packs,' but what I DO like about this game is that it has relatively short rounds, incorporates strategy, and doesn't have a bogus 'wait time' between games or 'you can play 8 rounds today until your mana meter fills up again tomorrow.' As far as pay-to-play, this is super fair. You can choose to spend your money on packs OR you can earn coin by fulfilling daily quests and winning games. So it gets a 4 star for not completely screwing over players who want don't want to pay anything. Otherwise, Blizzard is a VERY fair company and I really DO like playing their games.
I use this because it really works! I don't like the greasy body butters these days (even though I have a few favorite scents from The Body Shop) so I've been reaching for my Aveeno. It moisturizes deeply without covering the surface of your skin with a film of sticky (you'll know what I'm talking about if you live anywhere that's humid in the summer and dry as a desert during the winter). It's non-scented which is great for most people who don't like scents or additives. If you DO want a scent, you could always just add a few drops of your favorite perfume and stir it around. In this way, it is extremely versatile! I love it even though it is a little spendy!
It's aspirin. According to conventional dosage, this dosage of aspirin works for about 3 hours. It is a category D drug, so do NOT take this if you're pregnant since it can have effects on your baby. It's not any different than your regular plain killers (like Tylenol or Advil), but it's a powder so you technically don't need water to swallow it down, but I've found that it tends to coat my mouth. The flavor is nice. :)
My biggest grapple with this bus company is the cleanness of the buses and the smell! They don't attempt to clean the buses at all and I've always found weird smells coming from who-knows-where. As soon as I get off the bus I have to shower.
However, their one redeeming factor is how utterly cheap the tickets run.
My first choice? No. My choice when other bus companies break down? Yes.
I love them for their excellent customer care. I'm a younger female, so not all of their products fit my taste or style, but I recently had a bracelet break (not really Swarovski's fault at all, it just got caught on something) and they took it right away, sent it for repair, and then called me when it was ready for pickup. I had also lost the original barcode on the original box, but no problem! They were able to look it up and help me fill out the repair forms lickety-split. They also never get annoyed at you when you want to try something, but don't want to buy it 'right now.'
This used to be my favorite scent, but over time it gave me headaches. Its not even the fact that it's sweet, but there's something sort of smoky about it that tends to stay on past the initial spray. On my specific body chemistry this perfume starts out citrusy-floral (almost like jasmine mixed with a bitter sort of orange), but by the fourth to sixth hour, it turns musky and spicy. I know some people really love that, but I'm not someone who tends to tolerate spicy scents well. This is not for me, but it may be the perfect perfume for you!
Absolutely my favorite. It has fruity, floral, and delicate scents but it is not overwhelmed with fake sweetness nor citrusy notes. I get tons of compliments when I wear it and I truly feel that this one is right for me. This perfume tends to be very popular with younger women who tend to be on the girly side. My mother tends to like more sophisticate and spicy scents, so this one isn't for her. They run around $60 for a standard size, but I definitely recommend it.
In my opinion, it does NOT smell like freshly washed blankets or just a stronger version of the original Chloe (see review below). I respect her opinion, but there ARE subtle differences!
