My twins had a terrible diaper rash when we got them home from the hospital. After trying a variety of creams with not much luck, we got desitin maximum and it was a miracle. In less than 24 hours it was healed. My only caveat is the smell, but as long as it helps my babies I can deal with it!
A great soothie, my twins got used to these when they were in the NICU. My twins latch onto these but had no problems latching for breastfeeds so I think that's a pro for sure. They are also durable and easy to clean.
We've been using Pampers Swaddlers since the twins were at the hospital. The blue line indicator is great especially at the beginning. We've also had very few blow-outs leaks with these, so I think that's a plus considering how many diapers have been changed thus far.
These are by far our favorite wipes. My twins had bad diaper rashes initially and these helped tremendously for them to get better. I also like that they are practically unscented since other wipes can tend to have strong unwanted smells that was the ultimate plus for us.
I use this for my twins with Chicco keyfit 30 car seats, and it's the perfect start out stroller for twins. It's so easy to click in the car seats in and works without adaptors. It also folds up easily too. There's also 4 cup holders built in already. I'd highly recommend it for twins!
