I've never used any makeup on my eyebrows before this product, I only just cleaned them up with a tweezer. (I know bad, right?) But once I started using this, I fell in love and every time I wear makeup it's my 'go to'.
I should also mention that I actually only use the 'creamy' side and rarely use the 'powder' (I've used it before and it's not bad but the creamy side is perfect.)
A little goes a long way to 'fill and shape' as well. (No, I'm definitely not 'drawing my eyebrows on' or anything. Just giving myself a little enhancement.)
Strong, not bad. I really liked it, and my fiance thought it was okay. Sometimes it came off a little strong at first, but once it toned down a little it was subtle and sexy. I think it really depends on your own body chemistry. I would purchase this for him in the future if he wanted me too. I would recommend to try it out for yourself, you have nothing to lose.

I purchased the "holiday" version of this and I LOVE IT! The options really are endless, and all of the colors offer amazing pigmentation. There's so many different looks to experiment with, and it comes in handy when you "get bored" of the "same ol',same ol'". It's fun to also be able to match my eyeshadow to exactly what I'm wearing that day, if I choose to do so. Amazing price too!
Okay, like I have said in my other reviews- I am a fan of elf but their products are very "hit or miss!" I purchased this color in: "Apricot Beige" and the best advice that I could give you would be- "Do NOT purchase if you have either DRY or SENSITIVE skin!" This concealer dried out my under eyes and any other places I had put it on so, so badly. It took so long for it too heal, and in all honesty I think it made my sensitive, dry skin even MORE prone to drying over the winter since I had last used it. I had only used it twice, when I had this reaction (I have since thrown it away.) It literally burned my poor face and left these tiny little irritated raw bumps around my eyelids and forehead (the other place I had used it.) I would never, ever use this again, even if they paid me. Luckily elf makeup is so cheap, that I could afford the loss (however, having to purchase so many healing moisturizers etc after put a dent in my purse.)
First off: It's a beautiful color, don't get me wrong. However I actually found something very similar, but so much better. Do yourself a favor and go out and get Milani's- 103 "In a Flash" lip gloss!! It's full coverage, and it's a rich, deep, purple-berry color very similar to elf's "Michael". Except that this one stays on for hours!! The shade is so stunning for fall/winter. Get it before it's too late.
I love both the shampoo and conditioner! It helps keep hair healthy, and shiny. Personally it didn't really "grow" out my hair tones, but there was for sure a noticeable positive difference in how healthy it was overall. My hair loves it, and so do I. I should mention that it's not a super "clarifying" shampoo overall, so at first you may be thrown off (especially if you are only used to "store brand" hair products. If you are prone to greasy hair, you may want to shampoo twice and condition once. I actually have hair that is more on the "dry side", so for me it was absolutely amazing and just what my hair needed.
Let me start off by saying that overall I'm a fan of ELF (don't particularly like how they run their instagram contests, but that's a whole other story.) ELF products in general, are either "hit or miss" most of the time. When they do hit however, they hit it out of the park. I have however, found a few "take it or leave it" items from elf lately.
I purchased "Angelic" from elf's 50% off sale that they had about a month ago. I was looking for a color that was soft, light, and well "Angelic-like". Hence why I zeroed in on this particular color.
When I received my package, the first thing I did was try it on my hand. I should already have known how this game goes. Results on your hand are NEVER , I repeat NEVER the same as on your face. On my hand, it was exactly what I was looking for. It was stunning and beautiful. Subtle, innocent, and pretty.
When I tried it on its own, on my eyelid, it was a little pasty looking though. The consistency was powdery, it looked a little too dry, and it was missing that certain element that I love so much about mineral eyeshadows.
Then: I tried pairing it with elf's : Long-lasting lustrous eyeshadow in "Confetti" because I had read that pairing the lustrous eyeshadows with a mineral eyeshadow, looked superb and that it basically enhanced it overall. Well, enhance it did, but not in a good way. Now both "angelic" and "confetti" on its own have a hint of shimmer and a "glitter-esque" quality about them. Personally, I don't mind a little bit of shimmer and (at times) glitter in my makeup products. However this just made me look like it was the 90's and I was an extra in the movie "clueless". As if!! The consistency reminded me of pancake batter a second before its about to dry up. It was bad, and I swear it made my eyes feel heavy. So needless to say, that didn't work.
Then I tried it with elf's eyeshadow "ivory". It comes on it's own and it's apart of their "make your own" palate line. That just enhanced the "dry" feeling, although it was loads better then when I mixed it with "confetti".
So why the 3 stars? Well, I decided that I refused to let this go to waste and I would find some sort of use for it. My hopes were too high, to let me walk away without a fight. So I tried using it as a highlighter on my brow bone, and in the corners of my eyes. This worked out so much better and I was very pleased with the result. It looked soft, subtle, and I looked "awake" (which as a nurse is always a good thing!)
