If you're new to overnight oats these are a great first step. I wish it had a bit more blueberry too it and a little less sugar. The other thing is it's so easy to make ONO's using the raw ingredients so this would just be for those super hectic weeks when I can't properly meal prep.
While this mask didn't do a whole lot for my pores it did leave my skin really soft and was super nice on my sensitive skin. Also another fun tip with this mask, just put a lil dab of it on your cystic acne overnight and it will help reduce the swelling.
I was actually pleasantly surprised with this eye cream when I applied it. Not only did it give my tired eyes a look of "I got more sleep then I really did" but it actually sunk in a lot quicker then most eye creams which would make it excellent for a morning eye cream.
If you are able to get your bee pollen local that is always best. Otherwise if you have problems stomaching bee pollen I suggest using it as a topping in a smoothie bowl or having it with apple slices and almond butter.
I LOVE my blender bottle. It doesn't really matter what I throw in it, it will blend it. Preworkout, protein powder, bcaa's you name it. You need to make sure you screw the lid on all the way though or u might get a little bit of leakage.
I LOVE their workout Capris. Like most big sports apparel companies they tend to be a little on the pricey side but if you are lucky enough to live near an outlet I highly recommend checking it out. (I can get their capris there for under $25).
If you are a peanut butter lover and one of those people that will eat it straight out of a jar, you HAVE to try this bar. It's almost like eating it straight up but with extra good ingredients added (and no bs). The bars are also vegan!
