I first began working in cosmetics & fragrances five years ago at Macy's. The first cosmetic counter I worked for was Estee Lauder, then began to work other counters along with both women's and men's fragrances.
I later switched over to Sephora in 2013 and had to leave for two years, but I am now currently working for Sephora again! Skincare is my specialty, but I am developing a passion for makeup artistry.

It took me many years to finally give Cetaphil a try. I instantly fell in love with this cleanser, the first couple of months that I started using it, it would dry out my skin. I hydrated my skin with a facial oil to repair my dryness. My skin is now used to this cleanser so dryness is no longer a problem. This cleanser is in a clear liquid form and suds up quickly, to give my cleansing an extra boost I use miscellar water before using this cleanser, but to make sure I removed all makeup and oil residue I use a pink silicone pore scrubber.
Benefit has been around for many years, and are always a go to for eyebrow services/ eyebrow products. I love "They're Real" Mascara, and "The Porefessional"! They definitely are a brand where you must have at least one of their products in your collection!
I am in LOVE with their "Clean Slate 360 Creaseless Primer for the eyes!! I first discovered it when I tried a sample and recently purchased it. Their primer is a real one! Overall, I admire that Tarte likes to incorporate natural ingredients for example: Amazonian Clay, and Bees Wax, etc. They are always coming out with new products, colors, and shades for everyone!
I have two of their old school Unicorn Lipsticks in the colors "My Beautiful Rocket, and Geradium" and I also own two of their Velvetines in "Wicked and Salem". I like the lipstick formula, non-drying. and incredible pigmentation, but I LOVE the Velvetines! Yes, they are kinda pricey compared to other compared to other companies but I feel like the colors they develop are unique. The Velvetines are not as drying as other brands that I have tried and the colors are beautiful! When they state they are matte they mean MATTE! They have more of a lasting power compared to another high-end brand that I have tried.
5 stars for their body wash. I love their body wash because it is moisturizing, and have a variety of scents and one for sensitive skin. However, I do not like their deodorants or shampoos. Their deodorants for some reason do not work for me, nor do their shampoos.
The founders are amazing and gorgeous, making things happen with new lipsticks, eyeshadow singles, and custom stacks!! I own their Catsuit lipstick, I LOVE the color but it is very dry. I have trouble gliding on the color, not sure if it is the formula or the cold weather. I would give them 4.5 stars.
I have not tried most of their products but have enjoyed the products I do own. I have their Jet Black pencil liner (for my waterline), Jumbo Pencil in Milk, Stay Matte but not Flat Powder, HD Concealers, and Lip Lingerie. I like to buy their products at the NYX stores because they have more shade/color variety than other retailers that carry their products.
Going into stores or counters inside department stores can be a hit or miss sometimes with customer service. Since the employees are on comission/sale based, I will only buy products from the kinder employees who greet me and ask how I am doing. I also like shopping on their website for their pro-palette refills! I love their Prep&Prime Fix+ spray, Whirl lipstick, and Stirpdown lip-liner.
I have tried E.L.F's eyeshadow, and face brushes and they are decent quality for the price that you buy them for!t The only thing is the handle unglues from the brush part but you can always just reglue it again. I have used their eyeshadow primer which is not the best, but their eyeshadows are nice to work with. I have tried their gold quad eyeshadows and they are not chalky or super pigmented but give you a soft natural look. Other than that, I will still keep purchasing their brushes because struggle can be real!
I like their chicken fries but they are a bit pricey for the amount of chicken you are paying for. I like their vanilla ice cream cones for $1, and 10 piece chicken nuggets for $1.49. I only go there sometimes because it is right next to my job, but other than that it is not my 1st or 2nd choice for fast food.
