I wish the flavor of the Apricot was stronger than the wheat flavor, but it did taste as advertised. As someone who doesn't drink beer regularly, I could definitely handle this if it were my only option.
Very fresh, better than frozen. The kernels were perfectly sweet, and there was just the right amount of salt in the water. I did still have to salt them, but that's a personal preference. I received a can complimentary from Influenster but I've purchased it in the past and it's a pantry staple!
It wasn't what I was expecting, but for what it was the flavor was really good. I was not a fan of the raw oats texture. I had to get over that it wasn't the same as oatmeal (in fact I'd love this flavor in an oatmeal) but the flavor was top notch. Thanks to Influenster and Quaker for sending me this to review.
I love the creaminess and how easy it is! Granted, I like my oatmeal warm, so I did pop it into the microwave for the suggested amount of time. The best part is the convenience. As long as I remember to put it into the fridge the night before, it's good to go by morning and, if I were running late and to take it with me, I could!
My issue with lots of granola bars with chocolate is that the chocolate is too sweet or in huge pieces. The chocolate in these is just right, without making it taste like candy, and without overpowering the oats, which I actually like the taste of. Perfect when you want a bit of chocolate that's not overpoweringly sweet.
I can't believe it took them this many years to come up with Triscuit Thin Crisps! Triscuits are good but sometimes too much for light toppings. The thin crisps are perfect, not too much to chew through with that multi-grain goodness still. Love them.
