Running is a great past-time of mine. I use it to exercise, and to de-stress. When I get out on the road things seem to melt away. I want to build this blog to house my running notes, healthy recipes, and other things that may help me, and you with running, healthy eating habits, and tips that I have come across during my days researching. Check out my blog at http://www.runningfl.blog and Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/RunningInFlorida
I have very fine hair and this is one of the only dry shampoos that works well and doesn't have my hair looking all funky looking or feeling. i strongly recommend that yo give this one a try, and see for yourself.
Had one and wore it for a long time, worked great. i recently upgraded to an Apple watch is the only reason i stopped wearing the fitbit. Loved the challenges that you could do with your friends. Apple needs to get more on the ball with syncing with multiple applications like myfitnesspal, like fitbit - another great reason to sue this watch :)
My favorite indulgence :) If I am having a chocolate meltdown this is my go to, who can deny peanut butter and chocolate? When i prepare my kids Easter baskets I always buy a few extra eggs just for me! Would def recommend to everyone! Eat up!
I know we are not supposed to be drinking bottled water any longer, but those on the run this is a great buy. It is inexpensive, tastes great, and quenches your thirst. I drink it when i am running late for a gym class.
This really did help filter the water, was pretty inexpensive to buy and was easy to use. the only con was that it was so big, and hindered the use of the sink for washing dishes, etc. (i am clumsy, and hit it quite often). It was much better than having to full a filtration pitcher over and over again.
