The best foods for healthy skin!

Nutrition plays a main role in having healthy skin! Taking care of your diet can affects the body, it's becoming increasingly clear that what you eat can significantly affect the health and aging of your skin. These are my top foods that play a major role in my diet and help my skin! These are only a couple of foods that help and changing my diet to being a pescatarian has made a difference to my skin and over health!
