This is my secret to delicious chocolate cupcakes. Follow directions on the back of the box for the amount of eggs. Sub 1 stick of melted butter for the oil. Add a teaspoon of vanilla to the mix and a tablespoon of cold coffee and bake as directed.
Spread with Coconut Pecan Icing.
It's a win.
Easy to make a savory bite -- Cook them till brown in a cast iron skillet and top with 1/2 a bottle of Bourbon Barbeque sauce with a squeeze of mustard and a couple of dashes of Worchester sauce for an easy appetizer.
