I like being able to do my taxes at home as I have a very straight forward/basic need. It is easy to use and helps get refunds where possible. When you are finished you are able to review all inputted information & see your estimated return!
I’m terrible at keeping up with using products like this but it’s one that I come back to even just for a boost of moisture. I’m going to start using it on my boyfriend’s stretch marks to give it a run for it’s money.
I'm not someone who is mascara loyal - my favourite one was discontinued years ago & there is always a new one coming out.
I found this to be a little more wet in formula & therefore it globs up on my lashes. I felt that it got a little less wet with using it but I find more often than not my lashes clump together which is not a look I'm into. On several occasions I've had to brush through with a lash comb to separate them. I don't really have time for that on a daily basis.
Once it is on my lashes I find that I have more length to them but not sure I would define it as a volumizing mascara. There is a thickening look to the lashes but that's what ends up clumping them so once I brush through I lose a lot of that volume.
Some days I don't have an issue with it if I'm mindful of scraping off excess product & it will look good, other days like today one of my lash lines was in three thick clumps.
My go to daily makeup is lipstick and mascara & I don't think this will be one I reach for that often.
To be honest I'm not sure if it really make my makeup hold too much longer, but it definitely helps with any cakey look. It's refreshing to use but I reach for it so infrequently - mostly due to forgetfulness/not wearing a tonne of makeup. I may use it while filming a tutorial, but I don't wear a full face of makeup on a daily basis so I don't reach for it.
I've been a member at my location since it opened just under a year ago. They are always adding and tweaking equipment which is great. I am trying to find more time to go because I always feel awesome after a good workout. I signed up for $10/month and it hasn't let me down! They also have a great app that you can use to track your workouts - I tend to just use it on the treadmill because you just snap a photo of your time/stats and it records it all for you! Definitely check them out if you're in the market for a new gym. I just wish that they had the ability to have a pool.
I received this L'Oréal VoxBox at the perfect time. After using a Tresemme (smooth & silky) shampoo and conditioner for well over a year, I've recently found that it isn't benefitting me anymore so I was on the hunt for a new duo to try.
My hair in the last 8 months has been dyed red, stripped, dyed natural base & received full head of blonde highlights -- the last three occurring within a week of each other -- but has managed to remain only slightly damaged (thanks olaplex!) with dry/split ends. I do have some root frizz issues that drive my crazy whether I blow or air dry my hair.
I've so far used the S+C 3 times, and used the leave in those 3 times as well as after 2 washes I had while away for a weekend. Let me tell you, after even one use of these products I saw a difference. I'm thrilled. My hair when I get out of the shower is already smoothr feeling before I apply the leave in, my wide tooth comb glides through, my ends feel intact vs all over the place and regardless of drying method my hair is considerably less frizzy. I am going to see how repeated use (up to the recommended 15 washes for "strength like new") changes my hair's overall health/look.
Other comments: Smells great, decent bottle size, shampoo suds up well, conditioner is perfect texture (not overly thick or thin), leave in pumps perfect amount (I use 1-2 full pumps). I don't tend to stick to one brand/type of shampoo/conditioner but jump around every time I purchase; this seems like it will become a staple product, or at least one that I return to between others.
I do believe that this will live up to expectations and the leave in will be traveling with me everywhere I go.
*Note: I have also used the Total Repair 5 in shower, wash out hair masque in the past and also had a positive experience, for anyone who is looking for a new masque.
I have a pair of the reversible pants that I got for Christmas last year from my family (who I call the LuLu Crew because they all wear LLL religiously aha). I never ever want to take them off. They are so comfortable, I wear them on bumming around days (I prefer to wear shorts when working out) where I still want to look nice. I get twice the wear out of these pants and highly suggest if you are going to spend the money on a pair to get a reversible pair. Yes they can be quite expensive so I only own the one gifted pair (I'm a student) but I will definitely invest in more later on.
Before my grandmother was moved into a Nursing home 4 years ago we used to give her Boost during the day to help with her nutrition & it worked great for her. I myself used to grab one for times that I didn't know what to eat or just wasn't hungry enough for a real meal. I loved the chocolate ones they were my favorite. To this day I'll pick them up once and a while if I know I'm going to be super busy.
