The first time I used this, I hated it. I thought it was thick and heavy and difficult to work with. But then I tried applying it to my face in sections and it’s my favorite primer now! You have to move fast to spread it around, so I docked it one star, but otherwise it’s been fantastic for me! It fills in my larger pores on my cheeks and helps create a smooth surface for my foundation to lay on. It keeps my foundation from seeping into my pores and exaggerating them. It also really helps to keep my foundation from looking too oily-shiny throughout the day.
This palette is beautiful!! It has the same incredible formula and huge pans as the other juvia’s 9 pan palettes! I don’t think the middle row swatches great but every shade has applied amazingly and so pigmented! This palette (and all juvia’s palettes) makes me SO excited to play around with color and it’s so easy and fun to use!
I own every single Juvia's Place eyeshadow palette. I am really impressed with this palette, as well as their other more recent palettes. The quality has always been quite good, especially for the price, and I think it just keeps getting better with every palette they release. I have had a little bit of fallout with the shade Puffs during application, but I've never noticed any other fallout throughout the day. The pan sizes are huge. The shades are beautiful and fun. The packaging art is absolutely beautiful! Overall, I think the palette is great for anyone who wants to add in some beautiful pink shades into their collection without shelling out a huge amount of money.
Review for: Viseart Petite PRO Palette 2 0.28 oz/ .8 g more...
The Petite Pro II palette from Viseart is absolutely gorgeous! I love the color scheme going into spring and it's the perfect size for me. The formula is the same amazing formula I've come to expect from Viseart and I'm so excited to have the formula in these beautiful shades! A couple of the shades didn't swatch very well for me, but they applied to my eyes much better than they swatched. I love keeping the Petite Pro I in my bag for quick makeup on the run, so the Petite Pro II will be the perfect to add some lighter tones to my on the go bag!
It smells really good and it’s an ok foundation for me. Unfortunately it’s not all that matte on me and it gets really shiny and oily about halfway through the day, so I need to remember to powder my face and check in on my makeup throughout the day.
I love the Urban Decay Eye Potion primers!! His is one of the few products I keep a backup of. It keeps my eyes from getting oily throughout the day and it keeps my eyeshadow from creasing. It’s great!
I really enjoy the Pur Trolls palette! The shadows are a drier formula, which I tend to find easier to blend. I haven’t noticed any creasing in the couple of months I’ve been using the palette.
I think the palette has a pretty good balance of neutral shades and brighter, more colorful shades. I think it could have been better to replace either Bridget (very light pink shade) or Wisdom (light cream shade) with a darker matte color to help add depth for those who don’t like to use more shimmery shades for that purpose. Otherwise, I really like the range of color in the palette!
I was pleasantly surprised by Poppy, the vibrant pink shade. It’s very pigmented for a more affordable palette and it’s a beautiful shade of pink! Bergentown is a gorgeous almost black shade of purple that’s shimmery. Satin & Chenille has a beautiful, lavender sheen to it and I thinks it’s really beautiful for an unexpected pop on super light makeup days. Snack Rack is also gorgeous for lighter looks. And Branch, Poppy, Biggie, POP Icon, Bergentown, and Creek add beautiful pops of colors!
Overall, if the shades are calling your name, I think the Trolls palette would be worth checking out!
