So Yeouth sent me their anti-aging 20's set for free. I've been testing out their products for a few weeks now and I finally have gathered some thoughts. The Vitamin C serum is pretty good, I used it every morning after using my balancing toner. It was really easy to spread across my face and seemed to absorb pretty quickly. Over the course of using the serum, I did notice that my skin appeared a little bit brighter and more even. The only thing I don't like about the serum is that is feels a bit sticky and drying after I leave in on for a few minutes but before i put on the moisturizer. Oh and not all moisturizers layer well over the serum, some moisturizers peel and clump. I've only found that the Yeouth moisturizer works well over the serum. Idk, it's not the best serum I've ever tried but not the worst by any means. I would still choose my Calily Life Vitamin C serum over this one.

So Yeouth sent me their anti-aging 20's set for free. I've been testing out their products for a few weeks now and I finally have gathered some thoughts. The cleanser and toner are great, the serums are okay, and the moisturizer (which isn't pictured because it didn't fit in the shot) was okay. It lathered well on top of the serums in the Yeouth line but didn't seem to layer very well with any serums from other skincare brands like my favorite Sunday Riley or Thesis Beauty serums. Furthermore, it did hydrate my skin but when applying the moisturizer it was hard to spread around the skin - it felt like I was tugging the skin and causing more redness. It's a decent moisturizer but it's definitely not for sensitive skin and I am loving my Sukin Super Greens moisturizer much more.

So Yeouth sent me their anti-aging 20's set for free. I've been testing out their products for a few weeks now and I finally have gathered some thoughts. The packaging of this toner is perfect - it's not too big and bulky but not so tiny that the product runs out really quickly. The spray dispenser is also perfect and not too aggressive or too fine. With toners, it's sometimes really hard to see results and distinguish if it's actually making any difference in your skin but I found this toner to noticably reduce redness and calm my skin if I'm having a bad skin day. The lavender in it is probably what's soothing my mild rosacea. The scent is a little strange. It doesn't smell like lavender at all and I don't even know how to describe it. It's not good or bad, just odd. Furthermore, the toner claims to minimize pores which it doesn't do. I dont even think minimizing pores is possible with any skincare product, it's just a marketing ploy to get people to buy these things. Overall, the toner was good but it didn't achieve all of it's claims and had a strange scent.

Review for YEOUTH - Vitamin C Facial Cleanser, 89ml / 3 fl oz 89ml / 3 fl oz - 10 months, 1 week ago

So Yeouth sent me their anti-aging 20's set for free. I've been testing out their products for a few weeks now and I finally have gathered some thoughts. The Vitamin C cleanser is probably my favorite product in their line and the only one that I have no complaints about. I like the gel consistency and that it doesn't foam up because foaming cleansers tend to really overdry my skin. I like the packaging and it does a good job of removing dirt and oil buildup without stripping the skin of it's natural oils. I probably won't re-purchase because I have cheaper cleansers that work pretty much the same for me (Tree Hut's cleansing gel in particular), but I do like it.

Review for Derma E Vitamin C Micellar Cleansing Water - 10 months, 1 week ago
This stuff is amazing! I love Derma E as a brand because all of their products are cruelty free and 100% vegan. This micellar water does everything you need a micellar water to do. It removes makeup, including waterproof mascara, without any problem and doesn't sting your skin like more aggressive micellar waters do. It's gentle and suitable for sensitive skin types and it's an affordable option for those of us on a budget. I will definitely keep using it and will re-purchase once I run out.
Review for Weleda: Wild Rose Spray Deodorant, 3.4 oz - 10 months, 1 week ago

I wanted to love this, I really did. I'm a fan of Weleda products usually and I use cruelty free products exclusively, so I've been looking for a good cruelty free spray deodorant. The packaging of this product is beautiful, looks like an expensive perfume bottle. The spray dispenser is great, easy to use and sprays just the right amount of product. The product itself however didn't meet my high expectations. The weather is getting hotter here in Colorado and I expect my deodorant to keep me sweat-free for at least a few hours. This one only worked for maybe one hour, quite a bit less than my previous deodorant. The scent isn't anywhere as pleasant as I expected. Instead of smelling floral, it smelled rather grassy and chemically. I hear the citrus version of this deodorant is MUCH better, so I might try it next. In conclusion, the product wasn't very effective and the scent wasn't very pleasant but I do love the packaging and the functionality of the spray.
Review for Tree Hut Purifying Cleansing Gel Balancing Rosewater - 10 months, 1 week ago

So I use cruelty free products exclusively. In fact, I run a blog all about cruelty free skincare and makeup. I've been using Tree Hut body scrubs for years and I was excited when I stumbled upon their skincare because it's all affordable and all cruelty free. This cleansing gel is fantastic! It's easily just as good, if not better, than the $18 cleanser I used before for just a fraction of the price. This cleanser doesn't foam, which I know some people don't like but I personally really like gel cleansers because I can massage them into my skin and they don't overdry my skin like some foaming cleansers do. All in all, I love everything about this product:
- Tree Hut is 100% cruelty free- The price point is perfect- The gel consistency is easy to lather into the skin- Removes makeup, dirt and oil buildup with ease- Doesn't leave my face feeling dry - Contains 6 fl. ounces which will last for quite a while

I go through cleansers like crazy because I wear makeup every day, so I've been in need of something affordable. I will definitely be re-purchasing once I'm out!

Review for St. Ives Renewing Collagen Elastin Moisturizer - 1 year ago

This is currently my favorite moisturizer!! I absolutely love it!! It's really rich and creamy but doesn't leave your face feeling greasy and wet. It's very affordable and a tub of this moisturizer will last you for months! I've been using it every night for several weeks now and I've noticed some small results in terms of reducing wrinkles and fine lines. Although given that I'm almost 20 years old, I don't have many fine lines besides my forehead. Paired with a good wrinkle-reducing serum, this product would be amazing for people with mature skin. It has a slight smell, but I find it to be very pleasant. Prior to finding this moisturizer I was using Ponds dry skin cream which is also a great option but it left my face feeling a bit more sticky and didn't absorb as quickly as this one. I highly recommend this product to everyone, regardless of age or skin type!!

Review for Andalou Naturals Clementine Plus C Illuminating Toner - 1 year ago
Beauty Junkie Expert Level 4
I've been using this toner religiously for the past two weeks - morning and night after cleansing and before applying serum and moisturizer. I'm not a big fan of the spray, it's a bit too aggressive and the first time I tried this product some got in my eye and it really burned! After that, I learned my lesson to either spray it in my hands and pat it into my skin or spray it on a cotton pad. I did find that my skin appears a bit brighter and more hydrated since using this toner, but I wouldn't call it my favorite toner. My current favorite is the Beauty Water by Son & Parks. This, however, is still a good option for people looking to get rid of their discoloration. It works slowly but does provide some results.
