I am lactose intolerant, so it’s really hard for me to find stuff that I can eat. That doesn’t hurt my stomach. This luckily doesn’t hurt my stomach, however, I find it is quite expensive. Sometimes you can get it on sale at Walmart or superstore. I like to use it in my smoothies or to make granola bowls. 8/10
