Verizon Internet Gateway is the router used for Verizon home internet. It has been working well since I started using it and the connection has been stable. The signal is strong enough for everyday things like streaming, browsing, and video calls. The internet feels consistent and I have not had issues with the connection dropping. Setup was simple and it started working quickly. Once everything was connected there was nothing complicated to manage. It just runs in the background and keeps the internet working. So far it has been a reliable device that does exactly what it is supposed to do and provides a stable home internet connection.

I've been with Verizon for a long time even back before I started with my own plan and I was still on my family's plan. They have a lot of great specials at certain times and good deals for when you trade in your old phones for something new or when you're due for some kind of upgrade, but I'm really not a big fan of the monthly cost. It could definitely be a little cheaper but these days a lot of things are expensive. However, there's still all the other perks that kind of keep me sticking with them. They also have a rewards program on the app and the customer service is usually pretty decent from my own personal experience anyhow. I've had a lot of good luck with them over the years and don't normally have any issues but if I could change one thing, it would be the monthly cost.

I’ve been with Verizon for over 12 years so I can’t complain. When I first got the WiFi, I had some issues with Hulu live, but once I stopped that subscription, I haven’t had many problems at all. Verizon has great coverage, doesn’t lose signal all that often and while the rates aren’t the best, they aren’t bad either. I’m sticking with them.
