My family has been using fios for several months and it has been the best Internet I've ever had. Verizon has given us a couple offers to increase the speed, lower the price for the first year, and lock the price for several years, all at no cost. Any issues we've had were quickly resolved with the Verizon agents online. We regularly work from home and conduct zoom calls, stream tv, and play online games, so we've put it to the test and it has passed with flying colors.

The deals from Verizon fios are very good against other companies. I have never had a complaint with the reliable speed of Verizon’s internet service. Customer service can be a challenge but better than past experiences.

I have had fios internet gig speed for years and an very happy with my service. Between personal and iot devices there's probably over 30 devices connected in my home and I never have speed issues. I also host a home server for close friends and family with 4K content and nobody that has access to ever had buffering issues.
