These have a strong scent...if you are stuffy because of a cold or allergy season these in the shower will open up your airways and nasal passages.

I had a really bad head cold and i dropped one of these babies in the hot steamy shower. Within seconds that first deep inhale really cleared up my sinus and nasal passageways. Its a little strong at first but definately helps!

I like using these even when I am not sick. They never can cure my illness but they sure make me feel a bit better for the following hours. I would recommend for how easy they are to use.
