I am usually skeptical of frozen Indian entrees, but Saffron Road’s Chicken Tikka Masala is excellent. • The sauce is rich and has the perfect level of spice. It doesn’t taste "muted" like most freezer meals; you can actually taste the cumin, turmeric, and ginger. • The quality of the chicken is impressive—tender chunks of white meat chicken that aren’t chewy. • The Basmati rice cooks nicely and provides a great base for the sauce. Plus, knowing it’s made with high-quality ingredients makes it even better.

This frozen meal was ok. The flavors are a bit watery and needs more rice. I like that the rice has some cumin in it, elevates it from boring plain rice. It doesn’t taste like tikka masala you’d get in a restaurant so it definitely could be better.

This was very delicious. The rice cooked perfectly. The package was attractive. I found this at Safeway on sale which made it affordable to try . I wasn't sorry and I will be buying it again
