This was so good. The noodles was not too soft or too hard. The chicken was tender and moist and the vegetables had the crunch. The spice was just the right amount and it had a sweet after taste to it. It is on the expensive side.

Not very pleased with this Pad Thai. It was a very small portion and the noodles were super gummy. The portion size was so small. It was easy to prepare and it had a nice scent. It definitely didn't taste fresh.

I had this meal for a lunch and it was delicious! I love the convenience and that it is gluten free. I also appreciate that it has 19g of protein. The box states that the chicken is raised with no antibiotics ever, chicken is raised with care, it is certified gluten-free, and certified halal. This meal is ready after only four minutes in the microwave! I don’t like that it has 13g of added sugar. Why do we need sugar added? The sodium content of 730mg could be lower too, but I know companies tend to add more sodium in frozen foods for them to last longer. I prefer foods without soy as well and this meal does contain soy in the tamari. The only other things I would change is to leave out the sunflower oil and also use organic ingredients. I would recommend this meal to keep on hand for a quick and convenient lunch or dinner. I would buy it again or maybe try another variety from Saffron Road.
