Did not have the greatest absorption rate It was still tracking and the dust level was super high I don't know if it controlled odor or not but if you are prone to migraines steer clear from this cat litter it smells like burnt roasted nuts and it just would not go away it intensified every time I had to scoop the litter box. I never even finished the bag I just threw the stuff outside onto the plants. It did okay with clumping and that was the only pro about it.

My kittens are loving their new litter. They are very finicky and like their litter to be clean and fresh, so I change my cats' litter every third day to keep it fresh. With this new litter, I can let it pass over three days, and my kitties' litter is still orderless and fresh. I was so amazed at how well this litter locks odor and absorbs urine and clumps it for easy scooping. This walnut shell litter is all natural, so I know that it's good for my cats and the environment, so for me, it's a no-brainer.Naturally, Fresh is here to stay.

I got this litter at petco because they didn't have the pine litter I usually use and I noticed it was a new litter they started carrying at the store. I have been trying different litters but they all ended up smelling bad. This one actually doesn't smell! It masks the smell of the poop and pee well and I don't have to refill it constantly.. It actually lasts for a long time. My cats transitioned to this litter well. Glad I randomly picked up this litter
