The first great benefit is that it’s free. Second it’s hassle free, we don’t need to install any app to use it. I like how I can edit and comment on a document simultaneously. The performance is top notch. It’s very convenient and easy to use with powerful security. It lacks some robust feature which are found in Microsoft. I also like how it has a spelling and grammar tool to fix your mistake. Overall amazing app.

Look - I still think that Microsoft Word is the KING of documents but Google Docs is the QUEEN of collaboration. And, it's free. Further to that, it's easier to access across different devices.
