This is a great cough suppressant. It works great and has a nice orange flavor. It comes with its own measuring cup for exact dosage. It’s alcohol free so it’s safe for day and night use. I personally don’t feel like it works for 12 hours but it does work for quite a while to give you some relief from coughing
